What's so special about hand lettering?
Whether you’re choosing a place to eat or looking for a piece of furniture, the word “handcrafted” holds a certain cachet. Admit it, you’re willing to pay more for a handcrafted cocktail or a handcrafted farm table. The same goes for good design. A handcrafted message catches your eye in a way a slick graphic can’t. If you have a special message to share with your followers or you’re looking for a way to make your wedding stand out, hand lettering might be the answer.
About Amanda DiGiondomenico
I’m a designer and lettering artist in Baltimore, MD.
In case you were wondering, Amanda Mustard was a nickname given to me by my 6th grade math teacher, because the first half of my last name sounds like “dijon.” But that’s enough about math, let’s talk letters.
I’ve studied lettering and typography under some of the best artists around, from the type masters at House Industries to professors at institutions like SCAD and MICA. Trust me, I know how to make your message look good.
